MediaCreator.ai Terms of Service

1. Overview

MediaCreator.ai ("MediaCreator," "we," "us," or "our") provides an AI-powered social media content creation, scheduling, and analytics platform (the "Service") accessible via MediaCreator.ai and associated applications. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of the Service. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Subscriptions: Paid plans auto-renew monthly/annualy. You authorize recurring charges via your payment method.
  • Changes: We may modify subscription fees with 30 days’ notice. Continued use post-change constitutes acceptance.
  • Refunds: Fees are non-refundable except where legally required.

3. Free Trial

  • Free trials require a valid payment method. Your subscription begins automatically post-trial unless canceled.
  • We may revoke/modify trials at any time.

4. User Content & Licenses

  • Your Content: You retain ownership of content uploaded/created via the Service ("User Content").
  • License to Us: By using the Service, you grant MediaCreator a worldwide, royalty-free license to:
    • Store, process, and display User Content to operate the Service.
    • Use aggregated/anonymized data to improve our AI models.
  • AI-Generated Content: Outputs created by MediaCreator’s AI are your property, subject to these Terms.
  • Prohibited Content: You may not upload content that:
    • Violates laws or third-party rights (e.g., copyrights).
    • Is abusive, deceptive, or promotes illegal acts.

5. Accounts & Security

  • Provide accurate account information. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

6. Intellectual Property

  • MediaCreator.ai owns all platform code, AI models, designs, and trademarks. You may not:
    • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service.
    • Use our trademarks without written permission.
  • User Content remains your property.

7. Third-Party Services

  • The Service integrates with social platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok). You comply with their terms.
  • We are not liable for third-party services.

8. Termination

  • We may suspend/terminate your access for breaches, non-payment, or illegal activity.
  • You may cancel subscriptions anytime via account settings.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • Service "AS IS": We do not guarantee error-free operation. You use the Service at your own risk.
  • No Indirect Damages: We are not liable for:
    • Lost profits, data, or business opportunities.
    • User Content or third-party actions.
  • Maximum Liability: Limited to fees paid in the 6 months preceding a claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend MediaCreator against claims arising from:
  • Your breach of these Terms.
  • User Content or misuse of the Service.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

  • Dispute Resolution:
    • Informal negotiation (30 days) required before legal action.

For iOS users:
