Subscription Terms

• These terms cover the paid subscription plans listed on our Pricing page.
• The free plan is not covered: it requires no payment method and is never charged.
• Prepaid AI credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. They do not renew and are not charged again.

Paid plans are automatic-renewal subscriptions. They renew and charge you automatically until you cancel.

• When you subscribe, you authorise MediaCreator.ai and our payment providers to charge your payment method the price of your plan at the start of each billing period, without further action by you.
• Renewal continues for successive billing periods, indefinitely, until the subscription is cancelled under section 8 or terminated under our Terms of Service.
• To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel before the renewal date.

• Billing period: monthly or annual, as selected at checkout.
• First charge: taken when you subscribe, or on the day a free trial ends (section 6).
• Renewal date: the same calendar day of each following period. Where that day does not exist in a given month, the charge is taken on the last day of that month.
• Where to check: your current plan, your next renewal date, and the amount to be charged are shown in your account settings at any time. Please check there before a renewal if you are unsure.

• All prices and charges are in US dollars (USD). Current plan prices and limits are on the Pricing page.
• The amount charged for a billing period is the price in effect when that period begins.
• Prices are exclusive of taxes. Where we are required to collect tax, it is added at checkout and to each renewal charge.
• Any currency conversion or fee applied by your bank or card issuer is outside our control.

• Subscriptions are paid through our third-party payment providers. Your agreement with the provider applies to the payment itself in addition to these terms.
• You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide, and you authorise recurring charges against it for as long as the subscription is active.
• You are responsible for keeping your payment method valid and up to date. See section 9 for what happens if a charge fails.
• We do not store full card numbers. Card details are handled by our payment providers.

• Where a plan is offered with a free trial, the trial runs for 14 days and requires a valid payment method.
• Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the trial converts automatically into a paid subscription and the first charge is taken on the day the trial ends. The subscription then renews as set out in sections 2 and 3.
• Cancel at any time before the trial ends and you are not charged.
• Free trials are limited to one per user and per account. We may modify or withdraw trial offers at any time; doing so does not affect a trial already running.

• Upgrades take effect immediately. You are charged the difference in price for the remainder of the current billing period, and the new plan price applies from the next renewal onwards.
• Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. The current period is not refunded in whole or in part, and your existing plan stays active until that period ends.
• Price changes: we give at least 30 days' notice before a changed price applies to your subscription. The new price takes effect at the renewal following that notice. If you do not accept it, cancel before that renewal date; continuing after the change takes effect means you accept it.

• You can cancel at any time from your account settings in the app, or by emailing support@mediacreator.ai from the email address on the account.
• Cancelling stops all future charges. No cancellation fee applies.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have paid for. Your plan stays active until then, and the remaining days are not refunded.
• Cancel before the renewal date. A cancellation made on or after a renewal charge has been taken applies to the following period; it does not reverse the charge already taken.

• If a renewal charge is declined, we or our payment providers may retry it over the following days.
• While a renewal charge remains unpaid, we may suspend your paid features or move the account to the free plan. Content already in your account is not deleted because of a failed payment.
• Updating your payment method and completing the outstanding charge restores the subscription.

• We may update these Subscription Terms. The version in effect at the start of a billing period governs that billing period. Material changes affecting price or renewal are notified under section 7.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, consistent with our Terms of Service.
